MF HPV HR5 is a real time PCR detection kit for HPV types 26, 53, 69, 73 and 82, which are commonly associated with genital cancers. It is to be used in conjunction with the MF HPV QE14 kit to fully cover all high risk HPV types associated with cervical cancer, oropharyngeal cancers and genital cancers. The kit incorporates uracil DNA glycosylase (UDG) to minimize carry over contamination and false positives. The MF HPV Q4 kit provides results in just under 4 hours for same day turnaround times and works with the following two specimen types: swab specimen or liquid based cytology specimen.
